Jay started in recruitment in 2017, and is Maxwell Bond's Head of Practice for Software Development. Jay heads up Maxwell Bond's London contract team who recruit Full Stack Software Developers in and around the London area. Jay prides himself on his empathy, which allows him to understand the needs and struggles of others, alongside his problem solving / solution minded approach that helps him to turn setbacks into wins.
