As the Data Implementation Manager, you'll sit within their real time analytics team who build the tools for the Data Scientist & Engineering and QA/Software Engineering teams (Within API's, ML, AI & Cloud) This role will be very much hands on from the start, but then longer term be as hands on as you want (based on project load).
You'll work collaboratively with the above teams & stakeholders, more managing projects, workloads and task management of these teams. There is an opportunity to also manage 3 direct reports and an offshore team too, but his is totally optional. The kind of tech you'll be working with is Azure, Databricks, Logic Apps, SQL, Python and Snowflake on all the tools this team build.

- Have experience implementing real time data and pushing it out to production
- Strong experience within Azure tech stack & Snowflake
- Insurance or Financial background
- Have led Data engineering projects
- Python & API Experience

- Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
