2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - 2 positions 

Farnborough - 5 days a week on site 
6 month contract 
Inside IR35 - £150-200


Maxwell Bond have exclusively partnered with an MSP who provide technical support for small to medium businesses, and are looking for two 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst's to join the team on a 6 month contract. 

As 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, you'll provide technical support and guidance to end users within a Microsoft technology stack. You'll provide user and hardware support, ensure incidents are resolved in a timely manner and collaborate with the 1st Line Support team taking on any escalations. 

Essential Skills as 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst: 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications is required (G-Suite advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and administration including Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and WAN/LAN technologies. 

This is an urgent requirement with interviews looking to be scheduled this week!!
