Job role: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Manchester - Hybrid; 3 days in office. 2 days remote.
Salary: FTC. 24 months, £42,000 per annum & uplift.
Shift rota: 7am-7pm with weekend support every 4-6 weeks.

Due to a large increase in demand, my client is looking for a Infrastructure Engineer to join a IT Operations team in Manchester dedicated to the delivery and support of all ticket issues raised, M365 applications & provide Project support.


Working closely with Security, Networking, Asset, and Infrastructure teams, you will be acting as a point of contact for 3rd line escalations, providing support to the business and colleagues when needed!

What they are looking for:
 
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365, VMware, NetApp. Active Directory, Azure, On Prem & Cloud technologies
  • Prior experience of providing 3rd line support, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving queries to agreed SLAs at an enterprise level.
  • Prior experience in supporting Microsoft 365 applications, rollouts, or legacy migration projects.
  • Prior experience in supporting BAU tasks related to existing infrastructure and services.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work shifts between 7am -7pm.
