An exciting opportunity has come up for a Development Team Lead at an internationally recognized Digital Agency! With nearly £30 million in new investment and plans to expand into new markets, there’s plenty of room for growth.
As a Development Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in understanding client business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital projects.
What you’ll be working on?
- You’ll focus on high-level planning and strategy rather than hands-on coding. You’ll lead the architectural direction for our projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- The role is mainly hands off, however you'll be working with the team on a variety of projects with .NET Core, React, SQL, DevOps, Umbraco, Git, CI/CD, Azure, and AWS
- You’ll also be supporting and guiding a team of 2-3 developers, setting coding standards, and being involved in system architecture.
