The various tools and software the team here has built is used by travel and transport organisations globally, used by millions of customers, and genuine innovation in how people travel. They are at an exciting point where the business has continued to scale, and now looking for a Head Of Test to lead the QA function in the business.
What will you be doing?
As their Head Of Test, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing new strategies, supporting the quality and testing processes for their globally used software.
There's ample opportunities to make a big impact in scaling the people, process and technology across the testing function. You’ll be leading and mentoring a team of 6 experienced testers, with clear scope to continue to grow the function.
As the Head of Test, you will be Agile, working with the senior stakeholders, and collaborating with the wider engineering team to implement the best tools for the job and innovate the testing processes. The business has already started a to implement automation through Selenium Webdriver, so any experience in supporting and growing Automation Test functions is a massive plus!
