The established implementation team is made up of experienced colleagues to learn from and share knowledge with. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has a solid foundation of knowledge as an Implementation Consultant within a SaaS or Technology business. You will develop and learn a lot in this role as you are encouraged to progress your career.
Responsibilities
- Implementation Consultant – define implementation plans and understand client needs
- Communication – provide clear and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders, prepare and distribute project documentation
- Reporting – maintain project documentation including plans, change logs and all other project records
