Maxwell Bond have partnered with an insurance firm based in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for a Lead BA who has strong technical knowledge as well as the ability to lead the team of 6 BA’s and set a high standard of working across the function.
With a 20% YoY growth, they are continuing to invest in the technology team with the introduction of a Lead BA to ensure that processes are clearly defined and communicated to all key stakeholders.
About you
- Technical knowledge of the full SDLC; including front-end and back-end software development, product, DevOps and data
- Proven experience of defining business processes and coaching the BA team on technical analysis, best practices and cross functional upskilling
