In this role, you will:
- Provide hardware, software, and network support (1st to 3rd Line)
- Assist with server, cloud, VoIP, mobile, and MDM support.
- Communicate updates and schedules to stakeholders and users.
- Administer network and system tasks.
- Manage builds and configurations.
- Offer onsite and remote support.
- Handle both reactive and proactive work
To succeed in this Senior IT Engineer role, you should have:
- Experience in hardware, software, and network support
- Technical aptitude and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Attention to detail and a service-driven approach.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
- Familiarity with processes and procedures
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
