Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end technical solutions for business transformation projects.
- Create and implement architectural frameworks and integration strategies.
- Establish and monitor data governance processes.
- Provide technical leadership to internal and third-party build teams.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business requirements.
- Design and implement company-wide data models and management processes.
- Lead CRM system implementations and ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in solutions architecture, system design, and implementation.
- Proven experience in data architecture, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Proficient in data modeling tools, ETL processes, and CRM integration techniques.
- TOGA qualified and/or Microsoft certified preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and back-office solutions for Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and HR.
